Publications
These publications are designed to complement one another and support staff, faculty, and students in their work towards the creation of better and more inclusive campus communities.
This book addresses the gap between institutional commitments to gender inclusivity and practical implementation by providing evidence-based goals and benchmarks across all areas of campus operations—from admissions and recruitment to faculty hiring, curriculum development, physical spaces, health services, and institutional policies. Targeting the four million higher education professionals nationwide, the book aims to move institutions beyond performative gestures toward substantive cultural and policy changes that address the daily and systemic barriers that gender-expansive individuals currently face in academic environments.
